Return and Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

At Zeclutter, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services and products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are available.

2. Service Cancellations

For our services (decluttering, consulting, etc.):

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • No-shows: No refund available
  • Rescheduling: Available at no additional cost with 24+ hours notice
3. Consignment Item Returns

For items purchased through our consignment service:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards and vouchers
5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within the specified return window
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back in original condition
  5. Wait for inspection and refund processing
6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Cash purchases: Cash refund or bank transfer
  • Card payments: Refund to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing time: Additional 3-5 business days
7. Store Credit

Store credit may be offered as an alternative to cash refunds:

  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Can be used for any Zeclutter services or products
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions
8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided
9. Event Cancellations

For LRE events and workshops:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before event: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before event: No refund
  • Event rescheduling: Credit valid for future events
10. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value:

  • Available within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
