By accessing and using Zeclutter's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Zeclutter provides sustainable fashion services including:

  • Wardrobe decluttering and organization services
  • Luxury resale and consignment services
  • Luxury Resale Emporium (LRE) events
  • Sustainable fashion consulting
3. Consignment Terms

For consignment services, the following terms apply:

  • All items must be authentic and in excellent condition
  • Items will be authenticated by our experts before acceptance
  • Commission rates are 20% of the final sale price
  • Items will be listed for 90 days unless sold earlier
  • Unsold items must be collected within 30 days of listing expiration
4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon service completion or item purchase. We accept bank transfers and cash payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

For online purchases and consignment items:

  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer
  • Delivery within Lagos: 2-3 business days
  • Delivery outside Lagos: 5-7 business days
  • International shipping available on request
6. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

8. Intellectual Property

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
